These terms govern your use of this website and your purchase of Private Family Archive from BYAJ VENTURES LLC(“we”). By using the site or purchasing, you agree to these terms.

What you’re buying

A one-time deployment of the Private Family Archive software onto a server you control, plus a perpetual single-family license to use it — for a one-time price of $5,000. Your purchase is also governed by two documents, which form part of these terms:

What you provide

You are responsible for your own server (VPS) and its monthly cost, your domain name, and ongoing server operation, backups, and maintenance after handoff. We deliver the software fully deployed and configured; running the environment afterward is yours, like owning a home.

Acceptable use of this site

Don’t misuse the site — no attempting to break, overload, probe, or gain unauthorized access to it or to demo instances, and no using it unlawfully. Live demos are shared, temporary, and seeded with fictional data; don’t put real or sensitive information into a demo.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout. By purchasing you confirm you’re authorized to use the payment method.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

Except where separately agreed in writing, the software and site are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BYAJ VENTURES LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located there.
