Because this product includes proprietary digital software and client-specific deployment materials, all sales are final once provisioning begins.

What “provisioning” means

Provisioning includes generating, delivering, or granting access to any of the following:

• a licensed Docker image;
• a license key, license file, license ID, or build ID;
• a client deployment agent token;
• a setup link or setup token;
• a deployment package;
• customer-specific installation instructions;
• domain-bound deployment configuration;
• access to the managed deployment dashboard.

Bought by mistake?

If you purchase by mistake and provisioning has not started, contact BYAJ VENTURES LLC within 24 hours at support@privatefamilyarchive.com. We may cancel or refund the order at our discretion.

After provisioning begins

After provisioning begins, refunds are not available, because the licensed software package and deployment access cannot be returned.
